Passionate and enthusiastic about digital.

I work with digital since when I was 16 as a young player of the first wave of World Wide Web development and I have over a decade of proven success leading international online marketing programs with global B2B enterprise software companies: MicroStrategy and IRI.

I am currently an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Digital Marketing Manager at IRI based in Italy.

My role is to define, optimize and own digital web/microsites/hubs, search marketing, analytics, online advertising, email marketing, webinars and content localization to ensure optimal impact. I also craft actionable insights from complex data to leverage decision making.
I am the cornerstone of the journey across digital platforms, channels and tactics.

          Paolo has demonstrated real creativity throughout the development of a new interactive storybook for use by the Business Development team. This something we've never done before as an organisation and Paolo has shown high levels of enthusiasm, expertise and a deep understanding of various programmes and platforms to allow us to deliver the final result we need but with no additional cost to the business. l'm so proud of what we've createci together and l'm hopeful that will help to deliver our objectives of encouraging clients to reappraise the IRI brand and increase sales leads. The interactive storybook is a completely new initiative and therefore there's no real expertise within the UK business. Paolo has demonstrated high levels of creativity, enthusiasm and proactivity. In addition, he has sourced alternative solutions which deliver a very similar result but have saved the business money. This project would not be possible without Paolo and his passion for innovation and creating something new and exciting.

          With his team, Paolo is in charge of managing all of our MicroStrategy web sites internationally (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) from a design, content update and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) perspective. Since the beginning of the year he has put forth a tremendous effort to adapt all international country web sites (content, navigation, look and feel, SEO) to the new US MicroStrategy web site layout / contents. His daily contribution ensures that we speak once voice worldwide and that all of our online visitors get the same information / look and feel in front of them. In addition to the web sites, Paolo is also in charge of all our direct marketing email campaigns in EMEA, APAC and LATAM from a design, content and execution perspective. His job here is similar to the one for the web sites: ensure that all activities are performed on time and are accurate for all local languages. Paolo is the cornerstone of our online presence internationally.
